Passionforchange.biz offers 2 ways to enjoy the benefits of Pilates. We are passionate about getting you doing what is right for you, both for your safety and to ensure the maximum benefit of what you do.

Pilates 1:1 sessions

Everyone attends a 1 hour initial 1 on 1 session to be fully assessed, to ensure your programme suits where your body is now.

In this session, it is important for you to understand how your body moves and to begin to take control of that movement through supervised prescribed exercise, to develop your core stability.

As part of this session, any particular problems you have will be analysed and explained to you, and you will be started on your first set of specific tailored exercises. You will be encouraged to make these a part of your daily life, and as you do this, you can expect to see and feel changes taking place.

For some, continued 1 on 1 sessions are the right way forward to get the results you want, when you want them.

Pilates Group sessions

The group sessions are very popular to provide the ongoing support many need to make Pilates a habit, and make the changes really bed in.

Group numbers are limited to ensure you are very carefully supervised to do what is best for you, challenging your strength, stamina and coordination.

By being in a group you will enjoy:

  • Group motivation and energy

  • Being challenged each week for 1 hr

  • Inspiration to make Pilates a part of your daily life

In addition, it is a great social way to exercise and meet new people.
