As a teacher trainer for Body Control Pilates, I have a passion to get Pilates used more widely and provide more in-depth support to other Pilates instructors.

Consultancy sessions

I combine my Pilates knowledge and experience with my experience as a physiotherapist, to offer consultancy sessions to help individual or small groups of Pilates instructors with their more complex clients, providing the opportunity for 2^nd opinions, advice and workshops.

This is a highly successful format and offers the opportunity for me to work with you directly with those clients, usually in your own studio or suitable venue.

Training workshops

In addition, I run a range of workshops including introductions to Pilates for physiotherapists. These can be to small or large groups and are ideally suited to half or full day sessions in your work place.

In addition, we will combine our Pilates and NLP knowledge to help you become more effective in teaching and communicating your Pilates expertise to your clients.
